Neat handwriting free of smudging and overwriting is fundamentally about respecting the reader’s time and ensuring that message is understood exactly as you had intended.
On that note, special congratulations to the fabulous four from the I MA English class, for neat presentation in their answer sheets, thereby bagging the extra bonus marks for neatness. They get 28/30 marks each.
