When You're Caught Bunking...!

Bunking by any other name… 😋

#memoriesfromdiaries

Learning a new language has its own sweet advantages, ain’t it?

A few of us had opted for French as part of our Part I, which gave us that added privilege of foraging into new worlds through new words via an entirely new alphabet altogether!

And your joy becomes all the more fuller especially when your own teacher asks you if you could teach his sons the basics of French, as part of their HSC!

Prof. S. Athmanathan (retired in 2002) also a good friend of Appa, said that he’d take me home with him, once classes got over, to help his sons with their French!

Usually we don’t bunk classes you see! 😋 Very rarely we do that! But on this particular day, since I had to oblige Prof. S.A, and had to get ready with some little preparation for the classes myself, I had no other option except to bunk-o-bunk Prof. S.S’s classes.

Earlier we had also bunk-o-bunked Prof. B. E’s classes! And as expected, the very next day we both were asked to explain our bunking!

Which we both did with a cheepish grin! 🙃

[Btw, our dear Dr.S.S currently Heads the Department in our alma mater
